Profiling Jobseekers in Iloilo
The Iloilo Provincial Public Employment Service Office has three (3) core services, Labor Market Information, Referral and Placement, and Career Coaching and Employment Orientation. Its labor market information covers the skills database gathered from PESO clients. These skills database gathers jobseekers’ data such as name, date of birth, address, sex, religion, civil status, contact details, employment status, job preference, educational background, experience, etc. Currently, PPESO utilizes Electronic Manpower Skills and Registry System (e-MSRS)/ Electronic Company Registry and Employment Tracking System (eCRETS)/ Employment Facilitation and Protection System (EFPS) in maintaining all data gathered.
